Please, allow me…
Negativity is creeping its way into our homes, into our minds and into our souls. Negativity is destroying our universe. It is destroying our lives; it is destroying our families, our health and our future.
People use the phrase, “An attitude of Gratitude.” Do you? – Tweet this!
Do we all agree?
Well, how can we seriously stay positive, especially with all this negativity, bombarding our subconsciousness? Especially when we wake up every morning and say (whatever negative word you are using to express your frustration), “I have to do this again”, because you wake up in pain and agony, feeling tired, congested, your body hurts.
So seriously, how can we seriously stay positive?
The answer:
Make a Conscious Effort to Change your Subconscious!
How?
Focus on all the things that are going right in your life, not on what is going wrong in your life.
Gratitude is an emotion expressing appreciation for what one has—a universal concept in nearly all of the world’s spiritual traditions. Spirituality is experienced the realm of gratitude.

What is the best and most effective way to get in touch with your soul? Give thanks to a supernatural power, benefactors, or others. -Tweet this
- Being thankful helps create a subconscious world of positivity that governs 90% of our thoughts and actions.
The positive energy boosts optimism, which in turn helps prevent disease and improves our immune system, well-being, and sense of happiness.
When we are stressed, gratitude helps us bounce back faster and focus on what is going well in our lives.
Cancer patients who were optimistic predicted less disruption of normal life, distress, and fatigue; those who were pessimistic were likely to experience thickening arteries.
Optimism has been found to correlate positively with life satisfaction and self-esteem.- Tweet this
Optimism helps lower inflammatory markers, influences epigenetics, and even helps the heart, adding years to life.
“Heart-Felt” emotions—like gratitude, love, and caring—produce sine wave or coherent waves radiating to every cell of the body, all determined through technology that measures changes in heart-rhythm variation and measurements of coherence.
Research shows that with “depleted” emotions—like frustration, anger, anxiety, and insecurity—the heart-rhythm pattern becomes more erratic and the brain recognizes this as stress. This in turn creates a desynchronized state, raising the risk of developing heart disease and increased blood pressure, weakening the immune system, impairing cognitive function, and blocking our ability to think clearly.
According to a study published by the American Psychological Association in 2015, a grateful heart is also a happier and healthier heart, literally. They found that higher gratitude scores were proportional to a better mood, higher-quality sleep, more self-efficacy, and less inflammation and improved heart health.

Begin Each Day with a Grateful Heart.
Our subconscious governs 90% of our thoughts, actions, and drives to survive and thrive, shaping our every behavior.
We are constantly bombarded with negativity, so training our subconscious to be more positive is crucial. Your thoughts and subconscious are powerful, as unconscious negative thoughts can undermine your health, while positive thoughts can boost immune system and heal disease.
How are we going to build gratitude?
- You can take charge of your inner world and focus on what is positive by:
- Train your subconscious. As soon as you wake up in the morning,
- Take a moment to think about 10 things you are grateful for. I also recommend you place sticky notes that say “I am grateful for this” all around the house
- Create a zone of positivity to subliminally train your subconscious. You can place sticky notes on photos of people you love, your shoes, your mirror in the bathroom, lights, and so forth.
Showing appreciation to those who have helped you in your daily life helps you and motivates others, creating a peaceful environment. You can easily incorporate gratitude in any situation, and, especially when you combine it with relaxation techniques, like deep breathing and walking outside. The effects can be powerful. Try it today, its free…and I’m grateful for you! You got this!
